In the past 12 months, Quelark has collected the following categories of Personal Information:
- Identifiers: name, postal address, email, phone number, IP address, online identifiers.
- Customer records: information you provide when requesting an offer (property details, situation, financial context).
- Commercial information: properties inquired about, transaction history.
- Internet or electronic activity: pages visited, browsing behavior, interaction with our AI assistant.
- Geolocation: approximate location (derived from IP address).
- Inferences: preferences and interests drawn from the above.

Directly from you; from public records; from data-enrichment providers; from cookies and tracking technologies; and from our service providers.
4. Business Purposes for Collection
Evaluating properties; providing you with offers and options; communicating about transactions; security and fraud prevention; analytics and service improvement; and complying with legal obligations.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
We share Personal Information with: service providers (CRM, email, hosting, analytics, AI), title companies and attorneys, our investor buyer network (for wholesale transactions), and as required by law. We do not sell Personal Information for monetary compensation.
6. “Sharing” for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
Quelark may engage in “sharing” as defined by the CPRA when using advertising cookies (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads). You have the right to opt out.

- Right to Know: request the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: request deletion of Personal Information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate Personal Information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sharing: opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI: limit how we use sensitive Personal Information (Quelark does not use sensitive PI beyond what is necessary).
- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not retaliate for exercising these rights.
- Right to an Authorized Agent: use an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.

- We will verify your identity before processing requests and respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 more days with notice).
9. Global Privacy Control
Quelark recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request for sharing under the CPRA.
10. Retention
We retain Personal Information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Updates
This notice may be updated. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
