By submitting your phone number through a Quelark form, chat, or any other channel, you provide your express prior written consent (under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227) for Quelark and its authorized agents to contact you at the telephone number(s) you provided, even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list, using:
- Live calls by our acquisitions team
- Automated or prerecorded telephone calls
- Automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS)
- Artificial voice or text messages (SMS / MMS)
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or other transaction. You may revoke consent at any time using the methods described below.
2. Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with Quelark (typically 1-8 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply through your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. How to Opt Out
Text Messages (SMS)
Reply STOP to any SMS you receive from Quelark to opt out of all future SMS communications. You will receive a confirmation text. For help, reply HELP.
Phone Calls
Tell our team member that you wish to be added to our internal Do Not Call list, or email privacy@quelark.com with the phone number you want removed.
