1. Respect for Copyright

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, with enough detail that we can locate it (URL is best).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

4. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the address provided (or if outside the U.S., the Eastern District of Pennsylvania).
5. Repeat Infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
